Career Launchpad Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Next Chapter Talent DBA (“NCT”) — Glades Recruitment Services LLC (“Glades”) and the subscribing client (“Client”).

1. Services Provided

Glades Talent will provide career branding and AI-powered career enhancement services under the “AI Powered Career Launchpad” program. Depending on the plan selected, services may include:

• AI-Powered Outreach & Engagement — Intelligent, customized messaging and follow-up with potential employers in the Client's chosen industry or niche.
• LinkedIn & Resume Revamp — Review and optimization of Client's resume and LinkedIn profile to attract recruiters and hiring managers.
• Personal Branding Strategy & Ongoing Support — Continuous optimization and support from Glades Talent's recruiting experts.
• Network Access — Access to Glades Talent's entire network of thousands of engaged hiring managers.
• Coaching — Interview preparation and feedback.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide access to their LinkedIn account, maintain an active LinkedIn Premium subscription (paid directly to LinkedIn), and cooperate with Glades Talent for timely communication and approvals.

2A. Messaging Authorization & Responsibility

Client authorizes Glades to draft, schedule, and send messages and posts through Client's LinkedIn (and any other Client-authorized channels) solely as Client's delegate. All such messages and content are deemed sent and published by Client, not by Glades. Client remains exclusively responsible for the substance, accuracy, and lawfulness of any message or post sent from Client's accounts, whether drafted by Glades or Client, and whether sent manually or via approved automations. Client will promptly review and approve templates and any material deviations before use. If Client enables “auto-send” or provides blanket approval, Client accepts all risks associated with messages sent under that setting.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. The exact amounts are displayed on the pricing page at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Payments are non-refundable once services are initiated.

4. Term and Cancellation

This Agreement is month-to-month and may be canceled by either party with at least 10 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. To cancel, email info@nextchaptertalent.com.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Client acknowledges that Glades Talent does not guarantee job placement or employment offers. The purpose of this program is to enhance the Client's brand and career visibility.

6. Confidentiality

Glades Talent will maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, credentials, and materials shared throughout the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glades Talent's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client during the term of this Agreement.

8. Recurring Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, Client authorizes Glades Recruitment Services LLC to charge the provided payment method for the setup fee and the monthly fee on a recurring basis until canceled pursuant to the cancellation terms above. Client confirms they are the authorized user of the payment method and agrees to maintain sufficient funds or credit.

Disputes: Client agrees to first notify Glades in writing of any billing dispute within 10 days of the charge posting and allow a reasonable time for resolution.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
